Ozonation Pilot Module Z100
Module consists of a feed pump, five contact chambers in series, an ozone generator and an ozone destruct unit. Feed flow is maintained through automatic PID flow control. Contact chambers have twenty-five volumetrically-spaced ports for sampling dissolved ozone. The ozone generator is air-cooled with an integral oxygen concentrator for creating ozone from ambient air, and shuts down automatically if a leak is detected. Other features include automatic data logging of key parameters, remote monitoring and control using a standard web browser, and email alarm notification.
