In response to a growing number of clients who require real-time remote access for running pilot studies, Intuitech’s pilot plant control system has been enhanced in an effort to reduce down time, on-site time, and travel time. Some exclusive remote access features include:

Real-time internet remote access to your pilot plant's control system

Every pilot plant is operated through an HMI which communicates with a PLC in the control panel that monitors and controls the pilot plant’s operation. Both devices are connected to an Ethernet network, allowing communication between the devices, and remote access over the Internet. This Internet connection feature allows password protected access to the plant’s control system from anywhere in the world. One individual can literally monitor and control multiple pilot plants without ever leaving the office.

Download process data over the internet

Our pilot plant control systems log process data automatically, eliminating the need for data recording by on-site personnel, while greatly reducing the potential for reading and recording error. Data files are written to a USB flash drive and can be downloaded locally by removing the drive or remotely by accessing the drive over the Internet using the FTP capabilities of Windows Internet Explorer.

Receive process alarm notifications through email or text message

All our pilot plant control systems can be configured to send notifications of process alarms to any email compatible device, such as personal computers and cell phones. The messages include the name of the pilot plant, the time the alarm first occurred, and a description of the alarm condition.
