Mobile Pilot Plants

Mounting pilot plants within mobile trailers provides flexibility for clients that conduct pilot studies at different locations or operate multiple full-scale water treatment facilities.

The mobile trailers include...

• Lab area for water quality experiments

• Heating and air conditioning systems

• External air compressor for noise reduction

• External process connections

• External power and communications connections

• Utility room for storage of process maintenance items and replacement parts

• Automatic ventilation systems

Most pilot plants are designed as stand alone modules that can operate independently or interdependently in some combination. For example, a mobile trailer might contain a conventional treatment train along with a membrane treatment train.

Cargo Trailer Mobile Pilot Plants

Intuitech's custom cargo trailer pilot plants are ideal for customers who need fully functional portable equipment. Each trailer is insulated and equipped with heating and air conditioning units along with water-proof coated floors.

Containerized Mobile Pilot Plants

Intuitech's containerized mobile pilot plants are built inside steel semi-trailer containers. These unique mobile plants give customers more room to work with than our cargo trailers but can still be transported via semi-truck.
