Industrial Control Panels

Intuitech designs and manufactures industrial control panels and operator consoles for numerous industrial clients in addition to panels for internal pilot plant use. Our high-volume panel shop produces hundreds of control panels per year. As a result of our volume we have negotiated special OEM relationships and pricing with Allen-Bradley, Square D, Modicon, Telemecanique, Phoenix Contact, Hoffman, and others. These relationships allow us to be competitive while providing the highest quality components for control panels.

Expert tools are in place to assist our clients with design if required. All of our control panel designs comply with the NEC and UL 508A (as required) and can be UL listed if requested. Hazardous locations are no problem. We understand the proper implementation of industrial enclosures and components in Class 1,2 Division 1,2 - A,B,C,D environments.

While specializing in industrial control panels for the water, wastewater, and materials handling industries, we also build panels for many other industrial processes. These types of panels include PLC, MMI, motor control, pneumatic, power distribution, alarm annuciators, or any combination.
